Heard is pursuing a degree in psychology at TCU.
Character
Heard has been a tremendous leader for the Horned Frogs. She displays unmatched integrity and has amazing chemistry with her peers.
Community
Heard has volunteered with TCU’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She has also participated with Horned Frogs For Life, Day of the Girl, Girls Inc., Sundance Square Block Party, Purple with a Purpose, One Love Workshop, and the DFW Special Olympics.
Competition
Heard has excelled on the court for TCU and is a two-time all-conference first team selection. She set TCU’s all-time single-season scoring record last year (21.2), which broke the previous mark from 1996-97.
Heard was the only player in the Big 12 to rank among the top-10 in scoring, rebounding, steals, and assists. She was also the only player in the country to record 21 points, 7 rebounds , 4.5 assists, and 2.5 steals per game - becoming the first player to do so since 2005-06.
She enters her fifth season among the top of the program’s leaders in scoring, field goals made, free throws made, rebounds, steals, and assists.
